The Info You’re After

WHAT IS THE RETURN OR EXCHANGE PROCESS LIKE?

Before any products are shipped they are checked by the founder of the company, Emily. However, at Originated™ we understand items can get damaged during transit. Therefore, we only accept exchanges for damaged goods. If you happened to receive a damaged item, we will gladly send you a new one for free if you contact us within 20 days from the original purchase date. 

 

Please email info@theoriginated.com with the following information:

  • Items you will like to exchange.

  • Explanation of why you believe the item to be damaged. (Note: Please specify where it is damaged.)

  • The first and last name used when purchasing the product.

  • Picture of damaged product.

  • Add the keyword "damaged" to the subject line.

 

Originated™ "Luxurious Silk Lashes" are unlikely to be damaged during transit due to the extra support and care we've spent to ensure it's protection. For hygienic reasons, we can not accept any returns or exchanges on any Originated™ lashes. 

 

No refunds are offered for any of our products. Originated™ reserves the right to refuse any refunds or exchanges at any time. If you have any questions regarding our policy please contact us at info@theoriginated.com.

ARE PRODUCTS CRUELTY-FREE, VEGAN & NON-TOXIC?

Yes, Originated™ is vegan & cruelty-free. Our lashes are handmade from synthetic silk fibers that intimidate the look of real mink fur.

 

All of our products are also paraben-free, gluten-free, triclosan-free, & phthalates-free.

 

 

 

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Originated™ is an e-commerces business and operates solely online. We are not associated with any retailers, therefore the only payment methods are:

 

1. All major credit card companies are accepted (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express... etc) 

2. Paypal.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING, INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & INPUT OF WRONG ADDRESS.

Orders will be shipped within 1-4 business days after placing your order. Orders are not shipped out on the weekends. For U.S. customers & international customers, expect your order to arrive within 4-8 business days (with standard shipping). During new releases, holidays, etc. There can be an additional 2-4 business days of processing time.

 

Estimated time & price on the following options are:

1. Standard U.S. shipping: 3-5 Business Days ($3.20-6.50) with tracking.

2. International standard U.S shipping: 3 - 5 Business Days ($9.50-13.00) with tracking. 

As an international customer, we've added tax to your order automatically. 

If you've input the wrong address, please contact us immediately at info@theoriginated.com. We can only assist you if your purchase hasn't already received a shipping confirmation email. Please check all shipping addresses carefully, as we will not offer refunds or exchanges for any products that have been shipped to the wrong address.

Order confirmation emails may be delayed as a result of high order volume. Please contact our customer service team info@theoriginated.com if you have not received your confirmation email after 24 hours of your purchase.

The founder, Emily B. creates all content for the brand. However, the video displayed on the Originated™ home page was directed and produced by "ALVA."A video and graphic design company owned by New York City native, Oscar A.
